Rob Allen is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Atlassian.

As Head of TA, Rob leads a global team of recruiters, sourcers, marketers, operations specialists, and program managers who are committed to finding, attracting, and hiring new Atlassians. Atlassian is on a mission to be the best place for team players to work. The work that Rob and his team are doing is increasingly vital to making this a reality while Atlassian continues to scale to 5,000 employees in the next couple of years.

Rob brings multiple years of recruitment leadership experience across multiple geographies and sectors. Prior to Atlassian, Rob was Head of Global Sales and Services, Engineering & Products Talent Recruiting Teams at Red Hat. Before this, he worked in recruitment leadership positions at SunGard Consulting Services and Accenture.
