Kirsten leads a multi-disciplinary team of employer branding, candidate experience design and employee engagement experts to help large companies get better at attracting, hiring and keeping the right people. Prior to Employera, she was head of employer brand at Glassdoor, where she designed best practices and consulted on the use of the platform, cultural evolution, and organizational change to improve employer reputations for global brands. Before that, Kirsten lead employer brand at Visa and eBay, where she worked closely with senior executives, recruiters, internal communications experts and outside consultants on global branding, recruiting support, retention, and change management initiatives. Previously, Kirsten was managing supervisor for the Autodesk account at global public relations and social media firm, FleishmanHillard. Kirsten has a Bachelor’s degree from Westmont College.
