Noni is a content designer who is passionate about driving change and challenging teams to think and work in new ways. She’s in love with people, the way they think and work, and how they communicate with each other.

Throughout her career, she’s designed products and experiences for an extremely diverse range of users including people of all ages, those with technical expertise and those without, and people with accessibility needs or struggling with their mental health. She’d designed products for not-for-profits, government services and most recently, Atlassian.

In her spare time, she’s a trustee for the Awesome Foundation, giving away monthly micro-grants to social and arts initiatives that will make Sydney a better place to live.
