Grace joined Atlassian 3 years ago managing content design across the Jira and Agile/DevOps product suite before she transitioned to the platform team where she currently leads Design for Ecosystem. She has over 15 years experience building and managing diverse teams and delivering human centred solutions for large enterprise, SMB and startup businesses. Grace's interest in the way work culture drives individual behaviour has been a common thread through her career. She started out in employee communications delivering solutions for companies such as Microsoft Australia, Pfizer and Commonwealth Bank. More recently she worked for the Australian software company, Squiz, which is where she discovered the power of human centred design and agile process in transforming traditional enterprises. She lives in Sydney with her husband, 3 teenage sons and two dogs.
