Session 3 of 4

The finish line is in sight. Session 3 is about taking your functional prototype and making it into "production-ready.” This is where we fine-tune the prompts, optimize the workflows, and ensure your solution actually solves the friction point you identified in workshop 1.

In this final build session, you will:

• Refine & Iterate: Polish your agent’s responses and logic based on internal best practices shared by the engineering team.
• Prep your pitch: Work with mentors to articulate the value of your solution - why it matters and how much time/friction it saves.
• Stress test: Ensure your prototype is stable and ready for the afternoon showcase.

Key outcomes:

• A "shippable" Rovo Dev prototype ready for demo.
• A clear narrative of your "Zero to Value" journey.
• Final 1:1 feedback from the engineering leads before judging begins.
