Jemma began her career as a software engineer and has always thrived on tackling technical challenges. Transitioning into product management, she’s worked closely with engineering teams to enhance the developer experience - whether improving UI building in Forge, creating AI agents in Jira to streamline planning, or now leading the development of the Atlassian Rovo MCP server. Outside of work, Jemma enjoys improv, traveling the world, and can often be found skateboarding to the office.
