Reena Agarwal leads engineering for Ecosystem and Marketplace at Atlassian. Her teams deliver the platform and toolsets that are used by builders to extend and customize the Atlassian products. These customizations can be apps or agents built by customers or partners on the Forge platform, on the Atlassian MCP or directly on our APIs, or purchased from the Marketplace.
She is passionate about achieving customer success for the long term. Having previously worked in large enterprises, Amazon and Microsoft, she has experienced first hand how important it is to focus on optimizing for productivity of every employee and empowering them with powerful tools.
