Isabelle has been a software developer at Atlassian for a little over 6 years, originally working as one of 2 developers in Confluence’s first frontend platform team. Since moving to the Growth team, she has helped build a data-informed culture and has led experiments and features across most of Atlassian's products. She's also helped the team evolve and scale from a handful of developers to the cross-geo, hundred person Growth department that it is today!
