Matt Ponsford has been with Atlassian for five years, and has worked on Jira for all of that time. Matt has a special interest in performance and scale. Having started in a development role, Matt moved to the management track and now manages a set of teams within the Jira Scale & Performance group, working to unlock Jira Cloud’s scale to support larger enterprise customers.
