Amy Hauth is a Senior Director of Business Operations at Cisco, where she brings extensive experience in Engineering Program Management to drive operational excellence across the organization. With a proven track record of leading initiatives to streamline Cisco’s engineering development processes, Amy has played a key role in integrating Jira as the central platform for tracking and managing the progress of development programs. She successfully led teams in consolidating various engineering management tools into a single Jira Cloud instance, establishing a unified data model that enables teams to collaborate more effectively and efficiently.  Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Arizona State University.
