Bruce Randall serves as Atlassian’s Head of Product Marketing for IT Solutions. He has been a featured speaker in hundreds of industry events, focused on helping IT and Technology professionals identify and find solutions to their greatest challenges. In his long career, he’s developed a passion for working with customers to understand their technology solution needs and has helped drive many new product capabilities.
Prior to this role, Bruce most recently led Product and Solutions Marketing for Service Operations (IT Service Management (ITSM), and AIOps) at ServiceNow. Bruce has also held both technical and nontechnical roles at various organizations supporting products in AI, financial services, cloud backup and recovery, DevOps, Project and Portfolio Management, Application Lifecycle Management, storage, web filtering, and technology hardware. He has numerous certifications, including ITIL, Scrum Product Owner, Storybrand’s story telling model and Mandel Communications training.
