Customer Solutions & Insights Week (CSI Week) is an annual offsite for all Technical Field Engineer roles in Field Ops (TAMs, Solutions Engineers & Solutions Architects).

The main objectives of CSI week is to bring the teams together for sharing technical solutions knowledge and customer outcomes within the Field Services teams, to level up the teams' craft.

We want to ensure that the entire organization understands the breadth of solutions Atlassian offers our Enterprise customers, and how to gain mindshare and adoption of those solutions. We'll accomplish this through presentations, interactive breakouts, and team building activities.
