Rajay Rai is the Chief Information Officer of Trust. He has more than 30 years of technology experience in the financial services and manufacturing sectors, and is passionate about using agile methodologies and lean practices for software development to align business goals and technology strategy.
Prior to Trust, Rajay was the Head of Digital Engineering and Applied Innovation for Macquarie Bank’s Banking and Financial Services Group in Australia where he played a pivotal role in transforming its digital customer experience. He previously contributed to product-related projects for Westpac, Suncorp, Corning, Samsung, Toshiba, CSK Japan and Toyota Japan.
