High Velocity ‘23 is the company’s biggest service management event of the year, and I’m confident that the learnings and takeaways will outweigh the investment for me to attend. At this event, we’ll get first access to the latest Jira Service Management updates and roadmap, which I can then bring back and implement with our team. We’ll learn how IT Support, IT Operations, and teams beyond IT can work together to deliver exceptional service at scale.

We’ll have the opportunity to connect with Atlassian leadership, experts, and our peers to learn from their experiences and deepen our understanding of Jira Service Management. This experience will help us grow professionally and provide best-in-class service management. 

Atlassian is also offering free training and in-depth demo sessions on topics like virtual agent, asset management, using Jira Software + Jira Service Management together, customer service management, and more. This will help us get more out of our Atlassian investment.

The price for an individual in-person ticket is $100 AUD (until 26 September). I’ve calculated the cost and the whole trip would be around $#### AUD.
