Rachid is responsible for PMO Tools at Saint-Gobain Distribution Batiment France (SGDBF), where he recently completed a successful implementation of Jira Service Management for SGDBF’s IT department. His expertise is in project management assistance for the implementation of complex deployment projects. Rachid holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nancy and is trilingual in English, French, and Arabic.
