Attendees are required to book their own hotel and flight. The deadline to book hotel rooms is *November 20, 2019*. Please note that these will both be expensed to your own department.

• All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card

• If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival, an individual cancellation fee of two (2) nights room and tax will be applied to the guest’s credit card

• Arrival: Please plan to arrive in LA on Monday, January 13

• Sessions will begin at 8AM on Tuesday, January 14

• Departure: Please plan to depart from LA on Thursday, January 17 after 6PM or Friday AM
