Mike Vierow leads McKinsey Academy for Australia and New Zealand, a practice established to help McKinsey & Co’s clients succeed at the human side of strategy and change.

Mike has developed and contributed to a wide range of leadership development programs for existing and aspiring leaders at different stages of their careers. This includes programs for emerging leaders, seasoned executives, C-level and Chairpersons across the public, private and social sectors.

Prior to McKinsey & Company, Mike held change leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and started his leadership journey as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy in the UK.
