After two years managing programs for Atlassian sales enablement, Joy Rhan joined the Marketplace in October 2025 as a Strategy Enablement Manager, focused on helping partners build, position, and scale apps on the Atlassian Marketplace. She leads enablement initiatives that help partners navigate Marketplace policies, optimize commercial levers, and align their go‑to‑market strategies with Atlassian’s product direction.In her work with Marketplace partners, Joy often functions as a bridge from the marketplace to the Atlassian GTM teams. She spends much of her time on cloud growth motions—helping sales and marketplace partners refine value propositions, streamline the buyer journey, and unlock new routes to revenue.
