Colin D Ellis is an international award-winning speaker and author and helps organisations around the world to build cultures that everyone wants to be part of. He does that now because for 30 years he was a permanent employee of other people’s cultures in the UK, New Zealand and Australia and most of them were, well, BS.

He’s written four books (including his latest one Culture Fix: How to Create a Great Place to Work) and speaks with energy, passion, humour and honesty (remember that?) about the challenges that individuals and organisations face in creating and maintaining great team culture and how to get it right.

Born in Liverpool, UK Colin now lives in Melbourne, Australia, and is desperately trying to keep hold of his English accent. He has yet to throw a shrimp on a barbie.
