Jason Andrews has 20+ years’ experience helping companies run more efficiently. Currently a VP in Cisco Networking’s Global Business Operations team, Jason is responsible for leading the operations team supporting an organization of fifteen thousand engineers deliver exceptional outcomes.   This work enables the delivery of 60+ product lines and 34B annually in revenue. Prior to joining Cisco, Jason worked at Oracle, GameStop, and CapitalOne developing experience that helped him understanding transformations.  Jason attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi and The University of Texas – Arlington where he obtained his MBA.   Jason resides in Austin, TX
