Alicia Lenart is the Head of HR/VP Business Partners at Atlassian. With nearly 15 years of experience and an MBA, she leads key teams across the global HRBP function, including partnering with Atlassian's Chief Product & AI Officer to drive organisational performance, transformation, and growth in the AI era.
 
Over her seven years at Atlassian, Alicia has been at the forefront of major organisational change, including the company’s transition to a fully distributed work model. Her remit now spans leading AI-powered internal workforce transformation, enterprise-wide efforts to upskill non-technical employees and embed pioneer new ways of working and team composition with AI.
 
She also oversees The Teamwork Lab, which is Atlassian's future-of-work innovation hub and plays a key role in advancing modern, AI driven teamwork practices, both internally and with customers, helping organisations unlock the full potential of their people through technology-enabled collaboration.
