Yes! Register as a team you can register as a team and take advantage of the deepest discount available. Price varies depending on selected bundle and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Attendees can pay registration fees using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Wire transfer may be requested by contacting Team '26 event support.

During registration, you'll be presented with the option to request a visa letter. Be sure to select yes and answer the required follow-up questions.

What is Atlassian’s discount and refund policy?
All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of Atlassian and no registration discounts can be combined for any Team passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. Promotional rates are voided if a registered attendee cancels and attempts to register at a lowered rate. Refunds will not be granted less than 2 weeks before the event nor will they be given for no-shows. Cancellations must be submitted by contacting Team '26 event support.

Substitution of a registration of the same type and package is permitted prior to April 21, 2026. Substitutions requested within two weeks are subject to a $50 processing fee. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the substitution as well as updating. Please send substitution requests to Team '26 event support.

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by April 21, 2026 and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Any cancellations received after April 21, 2026 are not refundable. Cancellations must be submitted by contacting Team '26 event support.

Discount codes cannot be applied to team pass bundles. Discount codes may only be used on Individual passes.

Can I use a personal or private email to register?
Personal email address ( i.e. gmail, yahoo etc.) are not accepted. Business email address are required to register for Atlassian events.

Team bundle passes are only available to customers and prospective customers. Non-sponsoring partners are able to purchase a maximum of three individual passes per company.

Atlassian has negotiated special discounted room rates with various hotels in the area for registered attendees. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and discounted rates are available until Thursday, April 16, 2026 or once the block reaches capacity. Rates vary from $265-300, depending on the hotel selected, are set per night (single or double occupancy) and do not include nightly tax or resort fees.

Make your hotel reservation now by logging in to your Dashboard and click on “Book your hotel”. You will be directed to a third party site to book discounted rate hotels. Reservations made outside the hotel booking site will not receive the Atlassian discounted rates.

Team '26 will feature over 100+ sessions, including keynotes, breakouts, panels, and learning sessions across different themes, ranging from AI, collaboration, teamwork, service management to cloud migration. Learn more about our sessions here.

Real-time closed captioning and audio translations in Spanish, French, and German are accessible for all keynotes, breakouts, and training content. Don't forget to bring your headphones so you don't disrupt your neighbor.
How are sessions for Team '26 selected?
How are sessions for Team '26 selected?
All submitted sessions go through a blind review process led by a diverse program committee of Atlassians. After the initial scoring, sessions are brought into track-focused calibration meetings, where the committee aligns on selections and shapes a well-balanced overall agenda.

I was accepted as a speaker, what's next?
Once selected as a speaker, you’ll gain access to the speaker resource center and be able to update your headshot and bio in preparation for your session going live on the event website. All non-Atlassian speakers are required to sign our presenter consent form in order to be officially confirmed as a Team '26 speaker and added to the website.
How many speakers are there per session?

Breakout sessions can include 1 Atlassian speaker, 1 non-Atlassian speaker, or one of each. Panel sessions should feature 2-3 customer or partner speakers plus 1 Atlassian moderator. Theater sessions are limited to 1 speaker total, regardless of whether they are an Atlassian employee or not.

Agenda builder allows registered attendees to plan out their time at Team by adding sessions to their planned schedule. Most sessions are available on a first come, first served basis, however there are select sessions that will require advanced registration. Learn more about how to save your seat below.

Registered attendees can log into their account and go to the session catalog page. From there, attendees can view in-person and online schedules, and add sessions to their agenda.

What does “Save Your Seat” mean?
What does “Save Your Seat” mean?
Save Your Seat
- What it means: Some sessions with limited capacity (usually in smaller rooms or high in demand learning sessions), require you to reserve a seat ahead of time.
- How it works: “Limited availability - reserve seat” will be noted in the session catalog. Click the “reserve your seat” icon, and you’re good to go.
- Important: You must be in your seat at least 5 minutes before the session starts. If you’re not, your seat may be given to someone on standby.

Yes! You will be able to sync your agenda from the Team Events app by going to More → Settings and clicking “select” in Calendar Sync - Connect.

Keynotes, Solution Keynotes, and select breakout sessions will be available through livestream and on-demand after the event.

Livestream content will begin on Wednesday, at 9:00 AM PT and will continue on Thursday at 9:00 AM PT.
All on-demand content will be available after the event.

Yes, select digital content will be available on demand after the event.
Do I need to register?
Do I need to register?
You do not need to register to access the Founder Keynote. Registration is required to access select Keynotes, Super Sessions, and all on-demand content.

All on-demand content will be available with closed captioning in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, and German.
