Atlassian will offer six open sessions where you can take any of our exams. The exam sessions will start at 9:00 and 13:30 each day of the conference, on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of May 2026.
How do I register and pay for an exam?

The payment and exam reservation are completed during registration for Team '26. You simply select the date and time, and the exam you wish to take.
What is an Atlassian Testing ID and why do I need to include this during registration?
What is an Atlassian Testing ID and why do I need to include this during registration?
In order to take an Atlassian Certification exam, you must have an Atlassian Testing ID. This unique ID is managed in the candidate portal, CM Connect, and will look something like this — AT00123456.
Note that in order to be registered in advance of the event, in the exam delivery platform, you must enter your AT ID during event registration.
Please download this guide to create an ID.
If you don’t have this ID, Atlassian will help you create an account during exam checkin at the event. Be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete this.

Registration for the Team event is separate from the exam registration. Atlassian will complete the exam registration for you, and you will receive a confirmation email no later than one week prior to the event. If you don’t receive the email, don’t worry! Atlassian will help you complete the exam registration at the event. Be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete the registration if you do not receive the confirmation email.

You can register for more than one exam, if you like. But you cannot register for the same exam twice. If you do not pass, you will need to wait seven days to retake the exam.

Visit Atlassian Learning and check out the Credentials tab to learn more about each exam and how to prepare with Atlassian’s free on-demand learning paths. For best results, be sure to prepare in advance as training will not be included at the event.
What do I need to bring for the exam?

Be sure to bring a photo ID where the name matches your registration. You may use your event lanyard badge as the second form of ID.
Don’t forget that this year you will need to bring your own laptop for the exam. Any brand is fine, except Chromebook. You must use the Chrome or Edge browser to take the exam. Atlassian will provide power strips, WiFi, pen and paper, and ear plugs.
What can I bring into the exam room?

Atlassian will not provide a coatcheck at the exam. You will be asked to turn off cell phones and smart watches, and place them in your bag or pocket. You may take your bag into the exam room and place it under your chair.
You may also bring:
- a translation dictionary
- a clear water bottle
- a coat, jacket, or hoodie

All exams at Team '26 for will be offered for the discounted price of $79. Atlassian Associate and Professional certifications typically cost $100 and $249 respectively.

Since different payment systems and exam vendors are used for Team '26, vouchers cannot be used to pay for exams during the event.

Atlassian certifications are valid for two years (24 months). For more information on using continuing education units to renew certifications, please visit Maintain your certification. As a reminder, Team '26 attendance can be used toward the renewal of certifications you already hold!
