Tarun is passionate about enterprise agility, ways of working, and Operating model design. He has worked with Organisations across Europe, helping them in their Transformation journey and tracking value delivery at scale. Customer empathy, Pragmatism and ability to execute at scale have been the highlights of his career.
In his engagements, he has trained and collaborated with stakeholders across all levels of the Organisation, starting from the teams up to Portfolio, Strategy and C-suite. As part of Atlassian's Agile@Scale team, he has had the opportunity to work in multiple complex customer environments and help them in their scaling journey by training and guiding their investments in the three pillars of scaling - People, Practices and Products.
