Before TeamForm, Eugene was the Team Coach Lead at Atlassian, improving ways of working and creating new plays and practices to enable teams around the world to be more effective.
He’s an experienced team coach and recovering consultant of 15+ years, with a personal mission of empowering leaders and teams to adapt to change and adopt new mindsets & behaviours.
Originally from Texas, Eugene now calls Sydney home.
