Mark is the Director of Product Management at Appfire, managing a diverse portfolio of apps. With a background as a long-time avid user of Jira and Confluence, he eagerly took on the opportunity to oversee familiar products. Previously, Mark gained industry experience at IBM, Time Warner Cable, and most recently, Certara, a life sciences software company, where his products facilitated the market entry of new pharmaceuticals for regulated industries. A staunch agility advocate, he is a Certified Scrum Product Owner dedicated to helping teams achieve their best work. Mark holds a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.
