Joanna is a Senior Certification Developer for Atlassian University. She became an official Atlassian in 2020, but her love for Jira dates back to 2006, first as a Jira systems administrator at an enterprise customer and later as a consultant and trainer at ServiceRocket, an Atlassian solutions partner. She has led trainings and presented talks at numerous Atlassian events and worked on nearly all the Atlassian certifications and badges.
Outside of work, she is passionate about service and social justice and loves roofing homes in Tijuana, Mexico.
