Well over a decade in the Atlassian Ecosystem and currently working as Customer Success Advocate for Adaptavist. But this session is about working with my other Atlassian Community Leaders to give back to the community that supports all of us each and every day. 
Working with Atlassian customers every day to solve the challenges that they face gives me a great insight to many aspects of the ecosystem and also the opportunity to help resolve these challenges. 
One of the biggest challenges many organisations face is "Analysis Paralysis" where they are scared to start a change until they have worked out the end point by which time the world has moved on. This session is to show how a small change can be achieved in a short-time and then iterated out to improve.
