Wendy Zacchio joined Zelis in January 2023 as CIO with more than 25 years of experience in technology and transformation. This included serving as CIO for Cigna International Markets, where she expanded digital, data, and business enablement capabilities across 30+ countries. Prior to Cigna, she was a business unit CIO at AIG where she led a global technology team across 80+ countries to provide end-to-end business solutions in multiple languages and currencies. She also held leadership roles at The Hartford and Fidelity Investments.
Wendy earned her BSS and MS in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University. She is both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prosci Change Management trainer certified.
