She has been a Customer Success Manager at Atlassian for 4 years. In that time she has worked with many customers to ensure they are maximizing value in their Atlassian investment. She is currently focused on working with customers who are migrating to cloud or have upgraded to Cloud Enterprise.
Rachel began her career at Whirlpool before transitioning to Yelp, where she was an Account Executive. Following this, she moved into customer success at Box before joining the Atlassian team.
