Filip has been working in the Work Management domain since 2010, implementing Confluence as the foundation for corporate digital workplaces. With the incredible fast evolution of the Atlassian ecosystem today, his current focus is on the redesign of work processes, fully profiting from the new capabilities that the tools offer, aligning these with cultural ambitions of teams and organizations. That makes him a partner in projects on organizational transformation, digital workplaces, internal comms, employee engagement, quality management, knowledge and information management.
His team got awarded in Washington for the Confluence-based case management practice they had developed, and he has been sharing his Confluence passion at many international conferences since.
