I lead the Inside AI Program at Atlassian which is focussed on:

Delivering meaningful value from our invesments in AI,
Ensuring "Responsible Use" 
Building the skills, culture, and habits needed for our people to get the most out of AI
Overcoming the various headwinds to adoption and utilisaion. 

I've held various roles over my 7 years with Atlassian; from leading technical teams, to managing the execution of our corporate planning process, to now AI planning and strategy. 
Prior to Atlassian I have lead major transformational programs across banking, healthcare, and telecommunications infrastructure construction.
