Andi lead Atlassian's global People Operations who support our 12,000+ employees across the globe. Her focus is to deliver great experiences to Atlassian help seekers everytime. Andi is responsible for the Atlassian’s main service desk for all things related to employment, which we call G’Day. G'day receives an average of 3,800+ queries per month across HR, Facilities, Finance, and Legal departments, with 4.7 (out of 5) CSAT score. Virtual Service Agent is resolving 23% of requests every week and returning 3000 hours (1.5 FTE) of capacity. Capabilities like these are enabling People Operations to handle an increasing volume of queries without adding headcount.Andi is a seasoned leader in Enterprise service management, her collaborative and agile approach fosters fresh and innovative thinking on every project.
