With over 8 years in product management and 25+ years as a leader and technologist, I have spent the last 12 years at The Home Depot driving change and delivering value to our associates and customers. As a product leader, my team and I foster transformational change, and my most recent focus is, driving value and accountability through OKRs. We support the people, processes, and tools needed to accelerate speed to value. Leveraging the Atlassian SaaS platform of tools, particularly Jira Align, we connect strategy to execution, with transparency, ensuring alignment to our top strategies, and outcomes over outputs, for better customer success.
I am passionate about solving everyday customer problems and reducing friction in day-to-day tasks by leveraging the best technologies for operational excellence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my animals, and visiting family in New York and Oregon, and tennis is my sport!
