Caroline Dillon has had a diverse communication career, starting in consulting for leaders and corporate communication teams driving business transformation. 
She then joined Google, where she had an award-winning career spanning employee communication, executive thought leadership, and strategy and operations. After Google, she worked with several founding teams and startups, including Humu and Pave, on growing their audience and generating pipeline. 
Currently, Caroline is the Principal Communication Strategist for Team Anywhere at Atlassian. In this role, she helps Atlassian teams get ever better at working together in a distributed environment using Atlassian's products and teamwork practices. 
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas Christian University, and Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University.
