Patty is a technology consulting manager and tech lead for a team of Jira Administrators supporting hundreds of PwC-Client engagements. She has worked as a Subject Matter Expert for 6 years in standardizing, templating, and automating Jira projects – a key differentiator in PwC project delivery. Patty works with diverse client teams to provide tech-focused solutions to project challenges, to deepen adoption of Jira and Marketplace app functionality, and to advocate for client-led enhancements.
In PwC’s journey from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud, Patty has collaborated with Atlassian and many others to ideate and solution, design and build, and ultimately roll out a templated and governed multi-site approach to client delivery in Jira Cloud.
