Meet Dave Rajavickneswaran, the Engineering Manager of Developer Experience at TD, where he’s been the tech whisperer for almost a decade—think of him as the Indiana Jones of IT, cracking the whip on complexity and unearthing treasures of efficiency, minus the fedora. Prior to TD, Dave completed his Industrial Engineering degree at the University of Toronto focusing figuring out what makes people tick and enabling systems to help them succeed.
