Julia Klein leads the Product Operations team at Toast, a restaurant technology company, where she helps Product teams build more efficiently and effectively at scale. Previously, she led Consumer Product teams at Toast and Tripadvisor, with a focus on native app development. Earlier in her career, she worked in Strategy and Digital Marketing, driving growth and innovation for businesses. She holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
