Srini Chakravarthy is a Principal Product Manager in Jira Service Management. He focusses on enabling customers unlock self service for employees using the Virtual Service Agent. He was previously with the Atlassian Automation team where he delivered features to help our customers automate processes at scale. Prior to joining Atlassian, he has built enterprise SaaS products in finance, analytics and media. He has a Masters in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
