Joanna is a Senior Certification Developer for Atlassian University. She became an official Atlassian in 2020, but her love for Jira dates back to 2006, first as a Jira systems administrator at an enterprise customer and later as a consultant at ServiceRocket, an Atlassian solutions partner. She has delivered training, presented at numerous Atlassian events, and helped to develop nearly all the Atlassian certifications exams.
Outside of work, she is passionate about nonviolence, service, and social justice and loves roofing homes in Tijuana, Mexico.
