He currently leads the product development and agile practices at Trundl Inc. and in the past has successfully led global teams to achieve strategic goals—often by untangling processes more complex than a pair of wired earphones left in a pocket.
A skilled Atlassian administrator and consultant, Sajit thrives on optimizing workflows, automating the mundane, and helping teams avoid the dreaded "email black hole." Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, he firmly believes that effective communication is the foundation of a high-performing team—especially when it involves translating corporate jargon into human language.
