Allison White is a behavioral scientist in the Teamwork Lab, where she designs evidence-based practices for high-performing teams. She's passionate about leveraging behavioral science to solve for teams' and organizations' toughest collaboration challenges, so they can get their most important work done and feel good while doing it. Prior to Atlassian, Allison has held positions at Humu, Duke University, and Deloitte Consulting.
