Jason Poley is the Head of Engineering at Macquarie Group, a global financial services organisation with Australian heritage, operating in 34 markets. Jason is passionate about building a strong engineering culture and ensuring engineers are equipped with the latest tools and practices to deliver.
Having learnt to program from the age of 12 years, he has been working in technology his entire career and in financial services for the past 20 years. At Macquarie Group, Jason leads more than 3,000 engineering staff globally and is focused on delivering tangible business and customer value through engineering excellence.
