As the Vice President of Talent Success at Zillow Group, Corina oversees the company’s Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Cloud HQ initiatives as part of the People Function. Her focus is on unlocking the doors for talent to drive organizational success. She leads major workstreams on onboarding, career development, performance management, the future of work, and leadership development. This work helps shape the employee experience to support Zillow's Cloud Headquarters and drive teams to achieve results in pursuit of the company's mission.
Corina has been with Zillow Group since 2013. Prior to joining the team, she spent 15 years at Nordstrom leading all compensation functions for corporate-based positions. Prior to Nordstrom, Corina worked as a recruiter at Lockheed Martin. Corina earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Hudson Executive Coach (2024).
When she's not at work, Corina can be found spending time with her husband, two kids, and their labradoodle.
