Mark Livingstone leads the Value Realization and Enablement office of the Digital Value Creation (IT Applications) organization at Qualcomm. His responsibilities encompass Project and Program Management, Finance and Budget Management, Vendor Management, Talent Development, Standards, Communications, Knowledge Management, and Risk and Compliance Management. Mark is also spearheading the Agile Transformation across the company.
Additionally, he has served as the San Diego Atlassian Community Leader for the past 14 years.
