Emily Belanger is VP, Agile Methodology and Standards at Prudential Financial Inc where she is responsible for bringing together enterprise agile methodology, standards, best practices and integrating them into their agile planning and collaboration toolsets. Emily has been working and living agile since 2010 when she first leaned about iterative development. Since 2017, Emily has been involved in leading agile transformation efforts at different levels of scale, starting with a small organization of 300 and moved into roles with enterprise transformation in 2020. She has brought her passion for agile and continuous improvement to these organization through practices as well as tools to support agile. Emily has been using Jira and Confluence for years and starting rolling out Jira Align to her organization in 2017, when it was AgileCraft.
