Jackie Davis is Deputy General Counsel for Commercial & Global Business Operations at Atlassian, where she leads legal strategy for the company’s worldwide commercial activities and operational initiatives. She brings more than two decades of experience advising global technology companies on complex transactions, product commercialization, and business operations.
Prior to Atlassian, Davis served as VP & Deputy General Counsel at VMware for nearly 12 years, supporting the company through significant growth and transformation. Earlier in her career, she held senior legal roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, focusing on commercial law and technology transactions, and began her career as an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP in the Communications & Technology Practice.
Davis holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Religious Studies from University of Virginia.
