Her experience spans higher education, government, nonprofit, and startup environments, where she has led cross-functional teams through complex initiatives and brought clarity to ambiguous challenges.
At UCLA, Suzy works on improving the faculty and staff experience by modernizing legacy processes, leading new initiatives, and advancing accessibility efforts. From shaping intake and planning processes to refining workflows and team operations, her goal is to create systems that make it easier for her team to focus on what matters for stakeholders and intentionally deliver meaningful outcomes.
