My journey started with engineering and technology teams, helping them modernize delivery, strengthen culture, and enhance developer experience. Over time, that work has expanded into shaping how entire enterprises collaborate and execute, connecting technology, leadership, and culture to drive better outcomes.
With more than two decades of experience leading technology and transformation teams, including at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I’ve learned that lasting performance is built on strong leadership, empowered teams, and a shared sense of purpose, all amplified by world-class technology. 
My MBA strengthened that perspective, giving me a deeper understanding of how technology leadership drives business performance and organizational outcomes.
Today, I advise global technology organizations on DevOps, developer experience, and modern engineering leadership, helping them accelerate delivery, improve collaboration, and drive enterprise-wide transformation that reaches beyond technology teams.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two awesome little humans. I like to dismantle and reassemble Harley-Davidson motorbikes — and even ride them from time to time.
