She previously built and scaled Atlassian’s enterprise security business, growing Atlassian Access into Atlassian Guard—a high-growth platform that is now central to Atlassian’s enterprise offering. She has also led Atlassian’s Global Experiences platform, transforming fragmented product experiences into a cohesive system used by millions of users worldwide.
Narmada has held product leadership roles at Dropbox and Microsoft, working on systems at massive scale—from sync platforms to identity and file systems. She is widely trusted to lead Atlassian’s most complex and strategic initiatives, particularly at the intersection of AI, platforms, and enterprise transformation.
